These terms govern the use of ZA Appliances website and the purchase of products and services from ZA Appliances & Repairing Services. By using our website or ordering from us, you agree to these terms.

2. Products & Pricing

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT at the current rate of 20%. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Used and reconditioned appliances are clearly marked.

3. Orders

Orders are placed via WhatsApp and confirmed by our team. An order is not binding until we send confirmation. We reserve the right to decline any order.

4. Delivery

We offer free local delivery across East London. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. You must ensure safe access for delivery.

5. Warranty

New appliances come with the manufacturer's warranty. Used and reconditioned appliances carry our 12-month warranty. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorised modifications.
