Returns

If you're not happy with your purchase, you may return the product within 14 days of delivery in its original condition, unused, and with all packaging intact. Please contact us on +44 7411 727470 or email Info@zaappliances.co.uk to arrange a return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 working days. Refunds are issued via the original payment method.

Faulty Products

If your appliance develops a fault within the warranty period, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a repair or replacement at no extra cost.

Exclusions

Returns are not accepted for installed appliances, products damaged through misuse, or items without original packaging. Delivery charges are non-refundable.
